  1. I think that there is a lot of truth there, actually. The problem isn't what clothes are expected, but rather the fact that women are expected to have their dress dictated by men in a lot of cases.Either women are expected to provide "eye candy" and dress to look sexy, or they're required to conceal themselves as if the female form is responsible for men's inappropriate thoughts and actions.That, of course, is an over-simplification, but this is a blog comment, not an essay.
