Sparrow Springs is a place for play and solitude in nature. So, we added a cedar treehouse full of windows perched between two 100+ year old oak trees on a slope for others to come rest and play here.
The space is simple- a desk and two arm chairs within, a deck under a canopy of branches overlooking a creek without. The 9×11 space, built by Natural State Treehouses, is insulated and has a HVAC unit to keep it toasty in winter and cool in summer. It also has wifi.
The space will be available for two to six hour time blocks and is perfect for a prayer retreat, creative getaway or deep work session. It can also be used for counseling, discernment prayer and imaginative prayer sessions or even couples half-day retreats, parent-child outings and mentorship meetings. Spend the day in the treehouse, wonder down the wooded slope and sit by the creek, walk across the property to the overlook and watch the sunset, stop to smell the flowers, handfeed the sheep and enjoy the stillness for a day.
