The whole entry hall ceiling has paintings from creation of Adam to Christ’s birth and him seated at the throne in heaven. Sad story, the man who took to painting it had a habit of licking his paint brush to wet it… since it was lead paint, he died on picture six. And the new non-paint brush licking guy that took his place for the last 6 panels used slightly different shades of green and blue so you can see that change up there too but i didnt take a picture of that trasition either- sorry.
I sat in a chair under the picture of the throne room and read Rev. 4 to myself- which is description of the room- and it is very much like it. I smiled. “Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God Almighty who was and is and is to come!” There is a big Alpha on his left and an Omega on his right. Above him it says in Latin, “Non Nobis Domine Non Nobis Sed Nomini Tvoida Gloriam” which means “Not to us, Master, Not to us, but to your name be the Glory!”
and then thats me taking a picture with a mirror on the bottom there.
